Commissaire d’exposition indépendante et coordinatrice artistique, Francesca di Nardo a été du 2006 au 2011 directrice des Programmes de Résidences et commissaire de la Dena Foundation for Contemporary Art à Paris. Elle est diplômée à l’Université des Etudes de Milan d’une première maîtrise de Lettres Modernes – Histoire de l’art contemporain en 2003 et d’une deuxième maîtrise de Sciences des Biens Culturels – Théorie et analyse des langages du cinéma en 2005. Elle a complété sa formation par un master en commissariat à l’Académie des Beaux-Arts de Brera à Milan et en 2006 elle a été récompensée par une bourse de la Dena Foundation. En tant que commissaire indépendante, elle a travaillé surtout en France, Italie, Belgique et Pays-Bas. Elle a enseigné à la NABA de Milan et du 2012 elle tient des séminaires d’Histoire des expositions et de l’accrochage au IED (Institut Européen du Design) Elle est autrice d’articles et d’essais pour des revues et des catalogues internationaux et coordinatrice éditoriale pour de livre d’artistes (Ryan Gander, Renata Lucas, Chiara Fumai).
