I am a French Brussels-based writer – a practice that combines curating and writing from a poetic perspective while engaging into writing-with, curating-with, researching-with… I am currently studying with poet Ariana Reines in the context of her ‘Invisible College’.
I am currently developing Intersections of Care in collaboration with transdisciplinary art worker Loraine Furter, a research project on feminist modes of display and curating supported by FrArt/FNRS and Académie Royale des Beaux-Arts de Bruxelles. We are processing in close discussion with Zakaria Almoutlak, Sofia Caesar, Sirah Foighel Brutmann, Laurie Charles, Heide Hinrichs, Sarah Magnan, Greg Nijs (a.o.).
Intersections of Care is currently showing at Wiels, Brussels, in the context of the Open School section of the ‘Risquons-Tout’ exhibition (Sept 12, 2020-Jan 10, 2021).
Since 2017, I have been collaborating with research and production platform Jubilee (founded by Vincent Meessen, a.o.) on Caveat, a research project on the ecology of artistic practice that develops through a number of curatorial proposals in a number of institutions (Beursschouwburg, M HKA Antwerp, Eté78…) with Agence, Eva Barto, Sofia Caesar, Loraine Furter, Joséphine Kaeppelin, Ben Kinmont, franck leibovici, Stijn Van Dorpe, Vermeir & Heiremans…
Amongst my previous exhibition projects: ‘Messidor: Some Arguments Later’ (Sirah Foighel Brutmann & Eitan Efrat, Pieter Geenen, Meggy Rustamova) in 2017; ‘Béatrice Balcou I Kazuko Miyamoto’ in 2016; ‘Hostipitalité’ (Patrick Bernier & Olive Martin, Elise Florenty & Marcel Turkowsky, Effi & Amir, Eléonore Saintagnan & Grégoire Motte) in 2015.
