Biography


Vit à : Paris , France

A graduate in French (Paris-Sorbonne/Paris-IV) as well as in psychoanalysis and in STS (University College London), Estelle Marois began her career at the Paris-based publishing company Éditions du Seuil, before relocating to London. In the UK, she has worked with the French Institute, the Institute of Contemporary Arts, and Nicoletti, a gallery supporting emerging artists.

Her independent curatorial projects span exhibitions, live events, talks and podcasts, and booklets, fostering connections between the French, British, Italian and Tunisian art scenes. Those have regularly received support from Arts Council England and Fluxus Art Projects. Additionally, Estelle has contributed exhibition texts for artists such as Christophe de Rohan Chabot (Gaudel de Stampa) Minh Lan Tran (Parliament, Harlesden High Street) and Marine Wallon (Stoppenbach & Delestre), and written for Zérodeux / 02.
