Lives and works in Paris
After studying history of art and cultural management, Clément Thibault joined Laurence Dreyfus as curatorial assistant, then became chief-editor of Art Media Agency (AMA) for three years, before becoming an independent art critic and independent curator. He collaborates with various reviews, Art Absolument, AMA, or Critique d’art, and produces texts for institutions, artists and galleries. From classical African art to digital art, its inclusive approach to criticism and curatorial practices also relies on many trips, and articulates around some themes of predilection: esotericism, science and magic; shamanism and care; the relation to time; the image … he works in the field of art history in specialized institutions (ICART, EAC, IESA) and coding and game design schools (ICAN, 42).
